Returns Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from Healthinista. If there is anything you are unhappy with and if you wish to return a product, please fill in your details on our Returns Page within 10 working days of purchase stating the reason for return.

We will either issue a replacement product or a full refund for the wrong item being dispatched by us (once we receive the returned product). We will take postage and packaging charges into account if the fulfillment of your order was incorrect. Items must be unused and unopened.

The cost of postage and packing of returns for any other reason must be covered by the customer and will receive a refund once we receive the returned product. Healthinista reserves the right to charge a 10% administration fee on refunds.

All returns must reach us by 20 working days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and unopened. The original packaging and labelling must still be attached. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If a refund is deemed necessary, we can only refund the debit/credit card that was used originally for purchase.

Refunds will only take place once the retuned products have been received by Healthinista.

The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received.  This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Provider’s standards. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions. Any complaints regarding the standard and quality of the product or products bought by consumers through the e-commerce facility should be directed to orders@healthinista.co.za.
