Ingredients:

Powered bovine collagen, powdered chicken collagen, beef gelatin, red bell peppers, jalapeno peppers, onion flakes, black pepper, salt.

Suggested Directions for Use:

Add 3 heaped teaspoons to a mug and stir in a small amount of boiling water to make a paste.  Top up with boiling water, stirring briskly.  Allow to fully dissolve for 60 seconds before drinking.
